1. Service Description

Share.cv provides custom URL hosting for professional documents (CVs, resumes). Users can reserve a personalized URL (share.cv/yourname) and upload their documents for public access.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• URL reservations require an active paid subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

4. URL Availability

Important: If your subscription expires and is not renewed, your reserved URL becomes available for others to register. We are not responsible for URLs taken by other users after subscription expiration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal content
• Malware or harmful files
• Content that infringes on others' rights
• Misleading or fraudulent information

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service (immediate URL reservation), we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact us and we'll review your case.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from service use, interruptions, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
